About the Founder
My name is Dr. Irene Arshad, and I founded Wise Owls around a simple belief: meaningful academic growth requires understanding the whole student.
With more than ten years of tutoring and teaching experience, a Ph.D. in Educational Technology, and certifications in math and English, I combine individualized instruction with practical, results-based goals. Our small team supports students across grade levels while helping them strengthen confidence, organization and long-term independence.
